LEBC Olympic Challenge - exact date tbc

This event is being run by the LEBC, sponsored by Business Language Champions East Midlands and with the collaboration of the Regional Coordinator for the Children and Young People’s Legacy from the 2012 Games.

The participating schools will be competing for a trip to the Olympic site and the LOCOG offices and will have to put together a package to tempt an overseas (foreign language speaking of course!) Olympic team to base themselves at their school.

Participating schools are:

Burleigh Community College - 1 x KS3 team , 1 x KS4 team

Leysland High - 1 x KS3 team

Soar Valley College - 2 x KS4 teams

Wreake Valley Community College - 1 x KS4 team
