RLN offers new resource for employers of migrant workers
There are many ways the RLN can support you if your business employs migrant workers. We have just launched a new section on our website, dedicated to providing advice, support and signposting for employers of migrant workers.
It is important to be aware of the language and cultural barriers, as well as the legal implications, of employing migrant workers, so let the RLN help your business to run smoothly and avoid potentially embarrassing or dangerous situations.
Visit the new migrant worker pages on our website to find out more about:
- how to integrate your multilingual, multicultural workforce
- migrant worker legislation
- resources and links for employers of migrant workers
- relevant events and news items
- English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses
Please feel free to contact us today to find out more about how the RLN can support your business when dealing with migrant workers.
