Learning and Development Manager
Debbie joined Lubrizol, a global provider of specialty chemicals for the lubricant additives industry in May 2003 as their Learning & Development Manager.
Debbie has been involved in Learning & Development for over 10 years and has worked for Barclays, Next and The Automobile Association; prior to joining Lubrizol she was a partner in a Nottingham based Management Consultancy.
Debbie's particular interests lie in employee development and she is currently responsible for developing strong succession planning and recruitment processes within Lubrizol. She is passionate about ensuring that workplace learning is engaging, relevant and continuous and that people have ownership of their learning and in turn their career choices.
