Nigel Smith - Iseki Vacuum Systems Ltd
Director

Nigel joined Iseki in 1990 and was heavily involved in the technical development of the Iseki Vacuum Sewerage System.
In 1993 Iseki were awarded their first three overseas projects to supply and install their Vacuum System to the village of Tai Wai in Hong Kong, the village of Pilis in Hungary and at the 70,000 seat Zayed Sports Stadium in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
As Installation Manager, it was Nigel's responsibility to provide all technical assistance required to ensure these first three overseas contracts were installed and commissioned correctly and in a timely manner.
During his fifteen years with Iseki, Nigel has been fortunate enough to be closely involved with the marketing, export, installation and commissioning of over 100 vacuum sewerage systems in thirteen countries worldwide.
In 2002 Nigel was invited to the position of Sales Director with Iseki Vacuum Systems which means that he will remain at the sharp end of this Great British Company in what is truly an emerging technology. Iseki Vacuum Systems have recently signed new Distributor Agreements with companies in Slovenia, Czech Republic, Serbia, Romania, and Italy and are very excited about the many export opportunities that the enlargement of the European Community will bring.
